Shipping policy

To The Disco are not responsible for delays in transit. Please note that on some occasions, deliveries may be outside the standard delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances. Delivery charges are non-refundable except where goods are faulty or wrongly sent. 

We use Royal Mail and DX due to their reputations for prompt and reliable service. Despite this, deliveries are occasionally delayed. When we dispatch your orders, we will issue you with tracking numbers so that you can track your parcels delivery progress. The vast majority of items are delivered on time, but there are a few that run late. In case of problems, please don't hesitate to contact the delivery provider directly. Unfortunately we cannot provide any other additional assistance for late deliveries.

Please note that all stated shipping times are approximate. Tracking information is provided and will be emailed once orders are dispatched. Once the item is dispatched and the tracking information is provided, the customer is responsible for re-arranging and missed deliveries. 

Lost items:

Very rarely, parcels become soo late that they are regarded as lost. The time after dispatch for a package to become officially lost varies according to the delivery provider and your location. Please check the delivery providers website for details.
