Refund policy
Returns:
We're certain you'll love your To The Disco purchase but in the event you would like to make a return, please note the below returns policy and procedure.
All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your items delivery. The returned item must be new, (unused), in perfect condition, complete with any original swing tags attached, and in the original packaging. Used or damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please email hello@glitter-walls.com to start the returns process with a member of our team - please include your order number in the email. A return authorisation and shipping instructions email will be sent to you.
To The Disco reserve the right to refuse a returned item if it is not received in their original condition. Items that appear visibly used are not eligible for return. If your return is not accepted, it will be returned to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.
To The Disco are not responsible for any return postage costs. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage for the return as we can take no responsibility for goods lost in transit.
Tracked services are also strongly advised for returns, as goods remain your responsibility until the goods are received at our premises. Please notify us once you ship. Please keep your postage receipt and tracking number for returned goods until you have received your refund.
Once your return is received a refund will be processed and credited to the original payment card. In busy periods, this process can take 10-14 business days. Please allow 7-10 working days from this point for the payment transfer to credit. This is based on Shopify's standard refund lead-times.
Returns cannot be made for late or delayed delivery as this is out of our control.
Delivery charges are non-refundable except where goods are faulty or wrongly sent.
Postage will not be refunded on returned items.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are not available. Items maybe returned and a new order placed but each individual sale is final.
Damaged:
If an items arrives damaged, please contact us no more than 48 hours from receipt to arrange a replacement item / return on hello@glitter-walls.com.
We monitor account activity and reserve the right to cancel orders, assess fees and close accounts based on order and / or return behaviour.
Shipping:
To The Disco are not responsible for delays in transit. Please note that on some occasions, deliveries may be outside the standard delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances. Delivery charges are non-refundable except where goods are faulty or wrongly sent.
Please note that all stated shipping times are approximate. Tracking information is provided and will be emailed once orders are dispatched. Once the item is dispatched and the tracking information is provided, the customer is responsible for re-arranging and missed deliveries.
